In 2019, Rebekah completed a 2 week internship at the Special Broadcast Service, loacated in the Atarmon, Sydney. In this time, Rebekah was placed in the NACA newsroom where she followed along on stories with cameramen and participated in a number of interviews. She also completed some time creating radio news bulletins and producing a story on Karen Refugee Contribution to Australia's Environment.
